At first my people thought that I was fairly priced……

Now I hear my people say that I’m invaluable, or unaffordable, or something like that.

This is the toolbox where my people keep some pottery tools. If I sit here, they have to pick me up to get what they need, and I get held for a while.

These are called “bats” and they hold clay on the pottery wheel. I make sure to sit on them when my people are at the wheel. That ensures that I’ll get picked up and held again.

My people paid over $100 for this banding wheel. They could have saved a lot of money for cat treats if they had just bought me a regular pillow.

It’s my job to inspect for suspicious activity anytime a cabinet door gets left open.

My god, he screwed up another pot on the wheel. When will he ever learn to center and open his simple little vessels?

My people use these plastic lids to keep the glaze in their buckets from drying out. I think that they make fine beds and I will attempt to bite anyone who thinks that I should relinquish my spot.

Can’t….. keep…. my….. eyes….. open………

Here I am demonstrating the proper way to contemplate my place in the universe. Not much to contemplate since cats are in charge of it.

This is where my people would like to roll out their clay slabs…. maybe someday I’ll allow it.
